Lavaca Bluffs Vineyard and Winery, owned by educators with deep Texas roots, produces friendly, authentic wines honoring the character, history, and heritage of the Texas Gulf Coast. Their unique wines are made on premises from Jackson County fruit, estate-grown Black Spanish, Blanc du Bois, native Mustang grapes, and Texas blends, with labels providing historical or geographical descriptions. They have recently opened Cork and Keg brewpub featuring craft beer made on site.
