Cavaletti Vineyards is a small production winery founded in 2016, crafting balanced, site-driven wines from sustainably-farmed and organic vineyards in Ventura, Los Angeles, and Santa Barbara Counties. They emphasize minimal intervention in both vineyard and cellar to highlight origin, structure, and freshness across rosé, whites, and expressive reds. Tastings are offered at their working winery tasting room in Moorpark.
