Bending Branch Winery is a Texas Hill Country producer specializing in innovative Tannat-based wines, often aged in Texas White Oak or bourbon barrels, alongside Cabernet Sauvignon and sparkling rosés. Founded in 2009 by Dr. Robert W. Young, they emphasize estate-grown grapes from vineyards like Lost Pirogue and source from Newsom and Tallent Vineyards. Award-winning for their unique aging techniques and Texas terroir expression, they also offer bourbon tastings from Bending Branch 1840 and ChickenDuck brands.
