They produce estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel wines hand-picked from Montebello Road and Los Altos Hills vineyards, using low-intervention fermentation and aging to highlight the unique terroir. The high-elevation site features a Mediterranean climate, significant temperature swings, and geology shaped by the San Andreas Fault.
