Caleb Leisure Wines is a small, one-person natural wine project housed in Sebastopol, CA. The winemaker farms about a third of the fruit adhering to principles of organics and permaculture, using properly grown organic and biodynamic California fruit. Winemaking follows ancient traditions with no additions or subtractions of any kind.
