Molley Chomper Cider produces ciders and fruit wines that celebrate the fruit and farmers of southern Appalachia using whole fruit and low-intervention winemaking techniques. Located in a cidery and wine bar at the old Lansing School, they source over 90% of their fruit from farms within 60 miles and fermented 109 apple varieties in 2024. They support local small-scale agriculture and offer a pet-friendly space with snacks and bottled products to go.
