Noble Cider is Asheville North Carolina’s first cidery, crafting hard cider and mead from local apples and honey. They produce a full range of flavors from traditional to New American styles using fresh fruit with no artificial flavors or ingredients. Visitors can sample at their Cidery Taproom & Production space in West Asheville, featuring indoor and outdoor seating.
