Deep Creek Cellars is a small winery in the mountains of western Maryland producing natural wines from their own vineyards and grapes from other Maryland and New York sites, emphasizing dry styles that reflect terroir for pairing with food. They use sustainable farming, wild yeast fermentation, no filtering, and many bottlings contain no sulfites. Specializing in Pinot Noir, they sell in top shops in MD, DC, NYC, and Chicago.
