Casa Carmen is a family-owned winery producing artisanal dry wines and vermouths from their farm vineyards in the Brandywine Valley. Brothers Enrique and Felipe Pallares, former professional polo players, craft well-balanced wines and exceptional vermouths like Tender is the Night and The Sun Also Rises. Their tasting room and tapas bar offers an unpretentious space for pinxtos, tapas, wine tasting, and good company.
