CHARIS WINERY & DISTILLERY

Allegany County's first winery, Charis Winery, Inc. is located at 16 Howard Street in downtown Cumberland, Maryland. They produce a variety of grape wines including Chancellor, Nebbiolo, Pinot Noir, Pinot Grigio, Vidal Blanc, and Catawba, as well as fruit wines like Peach, Cranberry, Blueberry, and Strawberry under the Charis and Crazy Monkey Wine brands. Their wines are available at the winery and wine shops throughout Maryland.
