Oak Summit Vineyard is a small winery in Millbrook, NY, specializing in exceptional Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grown on their 6-acre vineyard. They adhere to the philosophy that great wine is made in the vineyard, as stated by Virgil, focusing on healthy, pure grapes from Dutchess Cardigan gravelly loam soil. Vines are traditional Dijon clones grafted on American rootstock, hand-planted and trained on VSP trellis, with 30% of the crop pruned annually to maintain intensity and character.
