Forge Cellars is committed to exploring the unique terroir of the southeastern side of Seneca Lake. They specialize in bone-dry Riesling, cool-climate Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, and Chardonnay. Visitors can enjoy casual tastings in The Salon or guided tastings in the Summer House.
