Finger Lakes Community College's Viticulture and Wine Technology program operates a teaching winery and vineyard at the Viticulture and Wine Center in Geneva, NY, where students produce award-winning wines. The AAS degree covers viticulture, enology, and wine production from vineyard to bottling in professional facilities. Students gain hands-on experience and network with Finger Lakes wineries.
