Camuna Cellars is a collaborative winery effort between the land and the cellar, founded by winemaker Eli Silins who began making wine in California in 2013 after experience on a biodynamic vineyard in Australia. Now based in Philadelphia, PA since 2019, they explore Mid-Atlantic grapes, apples, and honey with sustainable agriculture, minimal intervention winemaking using native yeast fermentation, no fining or filtering. Their goal is to co-create fermented beverages that honor the natural world, released seasonally as ready.
