Red Balloon Cider is an intentionally small micro cidery in Emmaus, PA, producing craft hard ciders from 100% Pennsylvania apples sourced from Scholl’s orchard, with local fruit for fruit ciders. Their ciders are designed to pair exceptionally well with pizza and are served alongside over 9 ciders on tap, Pennsylvania craft beers, cocktails, and PA-produced wines at their tap room in sister business Switchback Pizza. Visitors can enjoy flights or pints in the heart of the Lehigh Valley.
