Sheltered Valley Cider is a family-run cidery in rural East Central Pennsylvania, nestled in the mountains and surrounded by apple orchards. They have been producing dry hard cider since the start of 2020, sourcing apples from a local fifth-generation grower with over 60 varieties grown for flavor. Their ciders ferment spontaneously with native orchard yeast, are bottled full-strength and unfiltered, preserving fruit flavors and unique aromas.
