Palmeri Distillery is a small-batch craft distillery and agave farm in Bisbee, Arizona, growing agave from seed, harvesting native plants, and distilling spirits that reflect the desert landscape. They produce Desert Dry Gin, Century Spirit (signature agave spirit), Citruse (signature herbal liquor), Sky Islands Rum, and Sonora Wheat Spirit using locally grown ingredients like native agave, botanicals, Hopi corn, and Sonora wheat, without artificial flavors or agave syrups. At 225 square feet, it is the smallest distillery in America, off-grid, with 20 acres of farm, set to open in 2026.
