Fossil Creek Wine is a family-owned and operated winery located in Madison, Ohio's wine country along state route 528. They produce estate Rieslings from 3 acres of vines planted on their property since starting winemaking in 2019, with new plantings of 2750 Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Vidal Blanc vines added in 2024. They offer indoor and outdoor seating with vineyard views, a patio and deck overlooking a creek, live entertainment, pet-friendly policies, and a food menu featuring charcuterie boards, hummus, pretzels, and pizza.
