What They Make
Wit
Wheat, Northwest hops, coriander, and orange peel impart a citrus finish. The cloudy appearance is natural to this classic unfiltered style.
IPA
Copious amounts of whole cone hop additions throughout the boil. After a massive dry hop addition, it boasts a piny, citrus, and papaya aroma.
Mosaic Red
Harmonious blend of caramel malts and Mosaic hops, resulting in a malty stone fruit aroma. Smooth yet strong.
Ginseng Porter
Robust Porter infused with American, Korean, Siberian, and Tienchi ginseng that gives a balanced, earthy, rooty finish.
Bourbon Barrel Porter
Robust porter aged in Kentucky oak bourbon barrels. Pitch black brew, rich with oaky smoothness, bold bourbonesque aroma, with hints of fruit and vanilla.
