Cypress Creek Southern Ales is a family, veteran, and woman-owned nano-brewery in Winnsboro, TX, handcrafting unique, flavorful, Texas-inspired ales in small batches on a 1 BBL system. Owned and operated by Mike Howard (brewer) and Sandy Howard (game coordinator), it was founded in February 2017 and opened in August 2018. They focus on seasonal and core beers for the craft palate in a cozy, living room-sized taproom.
