Aged in bourbon barrels previously holding Barleywine, with red wine grape must from Hank’s Hill vineyard.
Six Seven
Brewed with Vienna/Pilsner malts, unmalted wheat/oats, fermented with Saison yeast, conditioned on Lemon Basil and lemon zest.
Bunker Hill
Moderately hoppy, smooth malt, crisp finish, sessionable.
Knowing A Ghost
Brewed with elderflower, turmeric, ginger, coriander. Light body, zesty citrus/floral, dry finish.
Classic
Light/refeshing with 35% corn including farm Hickory King, German/American hops.
Tufton
Toasted wild grapevine, chocolate/dried fig notes, on Nitro.
Double Barrel-Aged Comforting Lies and Unpleasant Truths
Fermented in French oak ex-cabernet, aged 14 months bourbon then 11 months apple brandy.
Equanimity
Aged in 7/10 year bourbon barrels, conditioned on coconut macaroon, toasted coconut, macadamia, vanilla, cacao.
