Stumblebum Beer Co. is a brewery and taphouse in Troy, Michigan, founded by Eli Green in 2015, inspired by New York City experiences with beer and cheese pairings led by Garret Oliver. They specialize in lagers using Michigan grown hops, paired with charcuterie in a neighborhood spot celebrating beer, meat, and cheese. Previously the neighborhood brewer in Ferndale and Corktown, now open in Troy.
