Plank Town Brewing Co. is a brewery and pub established in 2013 in historic downtown Springfield, Oregon, offering at least 14 distinctive house-brewed beers on tap including flagships and seasonals. They use local ingredients and serve NW-inspired pub cuisine in a restored Odd Fellows building. Honored with 1st place in the Bier Stein's Civil War Beer Tasting for Riptooth IPA.
