Southern Grist Brewing Co opened its doors in February 2016 in Nashville, TN, focusing on unique, out-of-the-box flavors and styles of craft beer with utmost quality. They operate two taprooms—East Nashville and The Nations—each with distinct personalities and food menus from Lauter. Recently, they have begun serving seasonal craft cocktails at both locations and offer beer to-go options.
