Pitchfork Brewing Company is a small batch, pre-prohibition style brewery located in Hudson, Wisconsin. Their beer is brewed in the classic style using locally sourced ingredients and whole cone hops whenever possible, with no filtration or clarifying agents for authentic brews. The tap room serves unique craft pizzas, sandwiches, and appetizers featuring on-site smoked meats.

What They Make
Milk Stout
A medium bodied stout made with flaked barley and nonfermentable lactose sugar, creating a residual creaminess and sweetness.
Third Stall Pale Ale
A well-balanced American style pale ale made with pale and crystal malts and hopped with local cascade hops.
Rocket Fuel
This Belgian tripel is light colored ale with a dry complex yeast strain, also has additions of orange peel, sugar and honey.
American Gothic IPA
A West Coast style IPA brewed with Rahr pale malt, specialty grains to give a malt balance and rich flavor.
North of 8 Pilsner
Brewed with German malt and Willamette hops, this pils is light in body and full flavored. This is a light beer that is easy to drink.
Smash
Single malt single hop= SMASH. Pale malt and Vista hops.
Kölsch
A light German style ale fermented on the cool side for a clean, crisp finish.
French Toast Ale
Bready grains with notes of maple and cinnamon. Served in a glass rimmed with cinnamon and sugar.
Mango Kolsch
Light German style ale fermented on the cool side for a clean crisp finish. Mango purée is added for a fruity refreshing taste.
Vanilla Barn Door Brown
English style brown ale with vanilla. Malty, dark, and sweet.
Doppelbock
A strong, rich, malty full bodied German lager that is dark in color and low in bitterness.
Exit 4 Cream Ale
Light American ale made with about 20% flaked maize. This beer has a pleasant malt profile with a small amount of earth tone hop character from the Willamette hops.
Pitchfork Hard Lemonade
A light American ale made with 20% flaked maize and infused with lemonade concentrate. A refreshing brew that’s easy to drink.
