Inverness Brewing is a farm brewery on a 100-acre historic farm in Monkton, Maryland, featuring 50 black angus cattle, 600 hop plants, seasonal crops, and a 'Crop to Keg' philosophy using farm-grown ingredients. Brewing operations began in August 2018, making it the first Baltimore County Farm Brewery. Visitors can enjoy the taproom, farm life, food trucks, and beers focused on seasonal ingredients.
