Bolero Snort Brewery is a craft brewery in Carlstadt, New Jersey, producing hoof-crafted ales and lagers influenced by traditional and emerging styles with a bold spin. Originally gypsy brewers starting commercial production in 2013, they opened their own state-of-the-art production facility and tasting room in 2020. They focus on unique beers like the Krispy Kow series and host events including the Bolero Block Party.
