Ethereal Brewing is a craft brewery located in the revitalized historic James E. Pepper Distillery site in Lexington, KY, founded by Andrew Bishop and Brandon Floan. Inspired by a family visit to Worth Brewing, they produce a diverse lineup of beers including flagships like Wanderland West Coast IPA and Muffin Man Blueberry Muffin Sour, alongside sours, stouts, and IPAs. The site has become a lively destination with a cidery, ice cream, coffee, and food options.
