Barrington Brewery and Restaurant has been serving its own solar-brewed craft beers and scratch-made food since 1995. They were the first brewery on the East Coast to install a solar panel system supplying hot water for brewing and restaurant use. The menu highlights local ingredients, grass-fed burgers from regional sources, and beer-infused dishes like Cheddar Ale Soup and Chocolate Stout Cake.
