Fire on the Mountain is Portland's original wing joint, locally owned and operated since 2005, famous for free-range chicken wings, house-made sauces, sandwiches, salads, and pizza across three Portland locations. Their attached brewery at the Fremont location has been producing small-batch ales and lagers since 2011 on a 7-barrel system, yielding about 1,000 barrels annually, with beers crafted to complement spicy food. They also operate in Bend, OR, and Denver, CO.
