Kobold Brewing is a craft brewery located on the northeast side of Redmond, OR, near Smith Rock State Park, equipped with a 10bbl three-vessel brewhouse and a 2bbl pilot system for small-batch beers. They serve flagship and seasonal beers at their family-friendly Vault Taphouse in downtown Redmond. Offerings include IPAs, lagers, stouts, and porters, with food from on-site vendors.

Big notes of bourbon and chocolate, cherry, caramel, and a light woodiness on the finish.
Hazelnut Porter
Mocha aromas, chocolate cake and toffee pair great with a big burst of hazelnut.
