Leikam Brewing is a certified kosher, community-centric, family-operated 5BBL brewery in Portland, Oregon, established in 2014. Woman-owned and run by Sonia Marie & Theo Leikam, they craft small-batch artisanal beers with a hands-on approach, offering a diverse lineup of regulars and creative one-offs, plus ciders and cocktails. Their Burnside Taproom features a patio, board games, resident cat Puck, and hosts community events like Silent Book Club and Klezmer music.
