Lazy Monk Brewing is a European craft brewery in downtown Eau Claire, WI, inspired by tradition and focusing on Bohemian and German lagers, along with IPAs, Stouts, and Ales hand-crafted from local and imported ingredients. They offer a family- and dog-friendly Bier Hall and Bier Garden overlooking the Chippewa River, promoting community and conversation. Visitors enter as strangers but leave as friends in their Czech/German atmosphere.
