Solera Brewery, established in 2012 in Parkdale, Oregon, specializes in unique small-batch beers including the year-round Hedonist IPA and barrel-aged sours using a traditional Solera process in wine and whiskey barrels. They offer a family- and pet-friendly pub in a converted theater with stunning Mt. Hood views from the outdoor patio, a food menu, taster trays, and weekend live music. Bottle releases of aged beers are available in limited batches with no fixed schedule.
