Fort Hill Brewery is a craft brewery and taproom in Easthampton, Massachusetts, crafting quality lagers, IPAs, and seltzers using traditional German brewing techniques since 2014. Founded by Eric after selecting a pristine site on a former dairy farm for its superior water from the Barnes Aquifer, they emphasize fresh, local beers with a focus on drinkability and balanced flavors. The brewery offers a pet- and kid-friendly tasting room with food trucks and outdoor seating.
