About

Ramskeller Brewhouse is the on-campus educational brewery lab for Colorado State University's Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition. It supports the B.S. in Fermentation and Food Science program with concentrations in Fermentation Science and Technology and Food Science. Students gain hands-on experience in modern facilities like the Ramskeller Brewhouse Lab and Innovation Hub & Brew Kitchen, preparing for careers in brewing, food fermentation, and related industries.
