True West Brewery is a family-owned, village-supported farm-to-table restaurant and craft brewery in Acton, Massachusetts. As a Community Supported Brewery (CSB), it serves as a local hub featuring solar-powered brewing on a 10-barrel system, seasonal handcrafted cuisine from scratch kitchen with local ingredients, and community events. Beers are poured directly from serving tanks 30 feet from the brewhouse.
