Breakside Brewery opened in 2010 in Northeast Portland as a restaurant and pub brewery, growing into a highly regarded regional brewery producing 30,000 barrels annually with a broad portfolio of award-winning, innovative beers. In 2013, it expanded to a production facility and taproom in Milwaukie, OR, capable of 40,000 barrels per year. Today, Breakside operates eight locations in the Portland area and Astoria, is employee-owned since 2019, and distributes in multiple US states, Canada, and Japan.
