Brickfield Brewing is a farm-to-glass brewery owned by a family with 2,500 acres of cropland growing rye and wheat for their specialty craft beers, feeding spent grains to their nearby dairy cows at Four Cubs Farm. Housed in a renovated historic creamery overlooking Memory Lake in Grantsburg, Wisconsin, they offer 20 beers on tap, non-alcoholic options, and now wine, homemade cocktails, and canned cocktails. The taproom is family-friendly with games, snacks, and a patio for well-behaved pets.
