Blue Skies Brewery is part of Chateau Aeronautique Winery, Blue Skies Brewery, & Mile High Distillery, a multi-beverage producer founded in 2008 by Lorenzo Lizarralde who started winemaking in a hangar at the Airpark location in Jackson, MI. They expanded to the Irish Hills site in Onsted, MI in 2017, adding the brewery in 2018, a distillery in 2023, and features like a biergarten concert venue, pizzeria kitchen, and vineyard. Known for vinifera wines, craft beers like Belgian Tripel and Chocolate Oatmeal Stout, fruity ciders, and high-octane spirits served with food and live tribute band concerts.
