With over 65 years of combined professional brewing experience, they operate a manual 50-barrel brewhouse and emphasize quality through extended lagering (minimum 8 weeks) and on-site canning. Their tasting room offers a cozy atmosphere with dogs welcome, a food truck, and one TV for games.
