Midnight Run Brewing, established in 2017, was founded by longtime friends Rich and Brent—holding degrees in culinary arts and mechanical engineering—who began as home-brewing alchemists in a garage. They create dynamic, full-flavored brews influenced by science and art, offering a diverse, weekly-changing tap list including roasty stouts, fruity sours, golden ales, juicy IPAs, Belgian ales, gluten-reduced seltzers, and non-alcoholic hop waters. The tap room features hand-made designs, allows dogs and BYO food, and offers crowlers to-go.
