Waldmann Brewery & Restaurant, established in 1857 and reestablished in 2017, is the oldest surviving saloon building in the Twin Cities, meticulously restored to its historic charm. It specializes in modern interpretations of classic German-style lagers brewed with traditional malts, noble hops, and local heritage ingredients, paired with award-winning house-made wursts and frontier-inspired fare.
