They specialize in authentic German-style beers crafted mostly in accordance with the 1516 German Purity Law, using barley and hops from Germany's Hallertau region. Visitors can enjoy year-round brews, Bavarian and American food, self-guided brewery tours, and a lively German pub atmosphere.
