What They Make
Golden Ale
An old Belgian style, this is a dry, crisp easy-drinker. This yeast-driven beer features prevalent, yet not overwhelming, fruity esters reminiscent of pear and mellow clove-like phenols.
Saison Du Labaddie
Unfiltered Belgian-style Saison brewed with Hallertauer Mittlefruh hops. Brewed using only malt, hops, yeast and water, it has hints of clove and spice and lots of fruity esters.
Lost Goat Pale Ale
Named to honor a goat who wandered to our place from a neighbor’s. Brewed with an assortment of six different malts that provide a toasty, biscuit-malt base. Saaz and Hallertauer Hersbrucker noble hops provide balance.
American Pale Ale
With three varieties, this hoppy pale ale is sure to please any hop lover while the grain bill provides enough balance.
Foggy Mountain NE Style IPA
A hazy, juicy IPA focused on hop flavor, not bitterness. Heavily dry-hopped with Mosaic and El Dorado hops. Think loads of tropical fruit.
Goodle Day IPA
Centennial bittering hops and Cascade/Mandarina Bavaria aroma/dry hop additions. Balanced, unfiltered, earthy, floral, tangerine, grapefruit, citrus.
New Moon Porter
Complex notes of chocolate and a smooth subtle hint of roast from dark specialty malts.
Rye Barrel Aged Imperial Stout
This special brew spent over 2 years 4 months aging in a Rye whiskey barrel. Notes of dark roast, mellow hop bitterness, Rye whiskey and oak.
Lithuanian Style Apple Cider
Fermented with Jovaru® Brewery’s historic strain. Lemon pith and black pepper character, soft mouthfeel complimenting the apple flavor.
Hothead Apple Cider
Fermented with Norwegian Hothead Kveik yeast. Unique subtle notes of honey and ripe mango and mild tartness.
