Black IPA
Cascadian Dark Ale made with Pale Ale Malt, C-60, Carafa II and Midnight Wheat. Hopped with Cascade, Amarillo, Chinook and Centennial. Light easy drinking beer with hints of chocolate and roasty flavors
Parkville Pale Ale
A hazy pale ale made with Pilsner and oat malt for a soft pallet. Hopped with Cascade, Mozaic and Motueka hops.
Kolsch
German Style Ale made with German Pilsner and wheat malt to give it a bready background. Hopped with Huell Melon and Hallertau Blanc for a fresh melon citrus expression.
American Lager
Like a lot of American lagers but with flavor

Smooth big dark beer with notes of chocolate, dark fruit and toasted marshmallow
Christmas Wit
Double Witbier finished with Indian long pepper. Light smoke and cedar upfront with a warm spice background of coriander, cardamom and orange peel.
