Strubel Brewing Company is South Dakota's Capital City Brewery, located at the historic St. Charles Hotel in Pierre and run by husband and wife team Tom & Jadie Strubel. They started as a homebrew shop in 2019, began commercial brewing in 2020 on a one-barrel system producing small batches of beer ranging from dark to light styles, added a TapHaus in 2022 for onsite service, and launched statewide distribution in South Dakota in 2024. They also operate a full-service homebrew shop specializing in beginner kits and community connection.
