Bombs Away Beer Company is a veteran-owned and operated brewery and taproom in Albuquerque’s Skyline Heights neighborhood. They brew a wide variety of craft beers on a 10BBL system, featuring lagers, IPAs, and themed brews inspired by military aviation history. The hand-built taproom offers 16 taps, a food menu with paninis and classics, and is open daily.

What They Make
Proximity Pilsner
Light golden color. Well hopped with German Perle hops, lending a subtle floral aroma. Clean, dry, and crisp finish. (GR)
Ten Seconds to Helles
German style Helles. Extra pale in color, but not in flavor! 100% extra pale pilsner malt provides malty/caramel sweetness. (GR)
S.M.A.S.H. Pilsner
Single Malt and Single Hop Pilsner. Grain bill of 100% German floor malted Pilsner malt, hopped with 2025 Veterans hops from YCH hops. (GR)
5 X 5 Czech Lager
Czech inspired dark lager. Malt profile shines through with caramel and chocolate notes. (GR)
N/M38 Lager
Brewed with New Mexico grown/malted Pilsner, Vienna, and Munich malt. Light to medium in body, toffee and caramel notes. (GR)
Detonator Dark Lager
A malt forward Lager. Well rounded malty profile meets subtle hop flavor and aroma. (GR)
Black Ops Lager
German Schwarzbier inspired dark lager. Subtle roast, toffee, and chocolate flavors. (GR)
High Order Hefe
Traditional style Hefeweizen. Prominent wheat and barley flavor, banana and clove aroma.
All Clear! Apple Beer
51% grain and 49% Apple cider. Prominent Apple flavor, subtle maltiness, gluten removed. (GR)
High Speed Low Drag Lager
Amber American style lager. Light body, medium bitterness, hints of caramel. (GR)
Rounds Away Red
Irish Red Ale inspired beer. Subtle hop profile, grainy, toasted, toffee, and caramel malt flavors. (GR)
Stockpile Stout
An American stout with deep roasted and toasted malt flavors. Subtle hints of chocolate, coffee, and rye. (GR)
S.A.F. Raspberry
Sour with Raspberry and a light grain bill of 100% pilsner malt. Sour, dry, and fruity! (GR)
BLU-82 Brut IPA
Spin on a Brut IPA, very dry. Fruity and citrusy flavor and aroma profile. (GR)

North East inspired hazy IPA. Tropical and citrusy flavor and aroma.
