Barbarian Brewing is Boise's original barrel house, specializing in traditional barrel-aged and sour beers since 2015. They handcraft small-batch, funky, sour, and savagely good beers honoring ancient barbarian brewing traditions, going beyond mass-market brews. They operate taprooms in Garden City and Downtown Boise with events, food trucks, and live music.
