About
Chicago’s Black-owned craft brewing company established on Juneteenth 2021, representing less than 1% of the craft brewing industry that is African-American owned. They brew beers that pay homage to African ancestry and the 'Original Craftsmen,' featuring unique flavors like lavender and blueberry in their Imperial Porter. Beers include Session Ale, Helles Lager, IPA, Unforgettable Brown Ale, Pilsner, and Kölsch.

What They Make
Moor’s Imperial Porter
rich, textured beer with a hoppy nose complimented by the scent of lavender and blueberry. The palate brings home the flavors of roasted chocolate and ground coffee.
Moor’s Session Ale
light but flavorful balance of green papaya and a hint of key lime with a smooth lemongrass finish.
Moor’s Helles Lager
medium bodied Munich style Lager that smells of melon rind while bright German hops give this brew a subtle honeydew fruit taste that is crushable, crisp and refreshing.
Moor’s India Pale Ale
crisp, providing a subtle grapefruit quality on the front, flavors of pretzel dough and rounds out smoothly with fresh honey malt notes.
The Stroll’s Unforgettable Brown Ale
medium bodied, nutty on the nose with notes of toffee, biscuit and a hint of tree sap sweetness in the back. Infused with maple syrup aged in 18th Street Distillery barrels for 3 years.
Moor’s Pilsner
light and refreshing German-style Pilsner boasts a beautiful golden hue and delicate floral notes, perfectly balanced with just a pinch of Anjou Pear.
Moor’s Kölsch
smells soft like attenuated malt, is light and crushable with notes of subtle stone fruitiness and baking spice then has a delicate dryness and slight pucker in the finish.
